At Artic Universe, all products are crafted with precision and are often custom-made for each order.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or general exchanges. -
Damaged / Incorrect Product Claims:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:-
A complete unboxing video is mandatory

The video must be recorded from start to finish without any cuts

The issue must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery

Without a valid unboxing video, no refund or replacement request will be accepted. -
If the issue is verified, we will provide:

A replacement, or

A refund, depending on the situation

3. Refunds
