1. Order Cancellation
- Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will gladly cancel it and provide a full refund.
- How to Cancel: To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team at articuniverseinfo@gmail.com with your order details. We will confirm the cancellation and process your refund within 2 business days.
- Processed Orders: If your order has already been processed, we cannot cancel it. In such cases, please refer to our return policy below.
2. Returns & Exchanges
- Return Eligibility: We accept returns within 3 days of delivery for items that are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including customized products.

- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
3. Refunds
- Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 business days.
- Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable), such as when an item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 4. Exchanges
- Exchange Eligibility: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at [email address] with your order number and details of the issue.
- Exchange Process: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and send you a replacement if applicable. If the item is no longer available, we will issue a refund.
5. Sale Items
- Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
