1. Order Cancellation

  • No Cancellation Policy:
    Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

  • As all products are made-to-order and processed immediately, we are unable to accept cancellation requests.

2. Returns & Replacements

At Artic Universe, all products are crafted with precision and are often custom-made for each order.

  • No Return Policy:
    All sales are final. We do not accept returns or general exchanges.

  • Damaged / Incorrect Product Claims:
    If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

    • A complete unboxing video is mandatory

    • The video must be recorded from start to finish without any cuts

    • The issue must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery

  • Important:
    Without a valid unboxing video, no refund or replacement request will be accepted.

  • If the issue is verified, we will provide:

    • A replacement, or

    • A refund, depending on the situation

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are only applicable in cases of:

    • Damaged product

    • Incorrect product delivered

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are not applicable, except if:

    • The item is damaged

    • The wrong product is delivered

5. Sale Items

  • All discounted/sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
