3. Pricing and Payments

- Payments must be made in full before products are dispatched.

4. Shipping and Delivery

- We offer shipping services to various locations. Shipping costs will be added to the total price of your order.

- Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and are provided as estimates only. Artic Universe is not responsible for delays due to courier services or customs processing.

5. Returns and Refunds & Exchange Policy

- At Artic Universe, every product is carefully crafted with precision and attention to detail, often made specifically for each order.

- All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Since many of our products are custom-made or printed on demand, cancellations, returns, or exchanges are not applicable once the order is placed.

- In case you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must:

  • Record a clear unboxing video from the start (without cuts)

  • Share it with us within 24–48 hours of delivery

- Unboxing video is mandatory for any claim. Without valid proof, requests for refund or replacement will not be accepted.

- If the issue is verified, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A partial/full refund (depending on the case)

6. Limitation of Liability

Artic Universe is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
