- Domestic (Within India): 5-7 business days.

4. Shipping Methods

5. Order Tracking

- Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with a tracking number and a link to track your package online on WhatsApp.

- Carrier: Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

- Lost or Stolen Packages: Artic Universe is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been delivered to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is correct.

- Damaged Packages: Unboxing video of the package is necessary to get your damaged products reviewed. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately through email on articuniverseinfo@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
