  • At Artic Universe, all our products are custom-made, including visiting cards, posters, keychains, banners, and other printed items. Because each order is printed specially for you, we do not offer returns or refunds once the order is processed.

    However, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer support in the following situations:

    ✅ Eligible for Replacement

    We will replace your product free of cost if:

    • The product arrives damaged.

    • There is a printing error or wrong design from our side.

    • You receive a different product than the one ordered.

    To request a replacement, please share:

    • Order ID

    • Clear photos/video of the issue

    • Unboxing video (highly recommended)

    Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

    ❌ Not Eligible for Return / Refund

    • Change of mind after placing order

    • Incorrect details provided by the customer (name, number, design, spelling, etc.)

    • Colour variation due to screen vs print difference

    • Minor size or margin variations within print tolerance

    📦 Shipping Issues

    If your package is delayed or lost by the courier, we will coordinate with the shipping partner. A replacement or resolution will be provided depending on the courier’s final status.
